Job Summary
The Learning & Development (L&D) is responsible for planning, executing, and managing various learning offerings, both internal and external. This role involves facilitating leadership, management, personal effectiveness, and technical learning programs, and requires effective workload management and reporting.The L&D Coordinator evaluates the effectiveness of learning activities, ensures compliance with procedures, and supports the L&D leadership team with special projects and administrative tasks. Key duties include organizing induction programs, managing training logistics, and maintaining office records and LMS updates.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to plan and execute internal and external learning offerings, both online and offline.
Facilitate programs related to leadership, management, personal effectiveness, and technical skills.
Prioritize work tasks to manage workload effectively and contribute to regular and ad-hoc reporting.
Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of all learning and development activities.
Maintain office files and records in compliance with procedures, ensuring L&D activities adhere to standards.
Assist the L&D leadership team with special projects, reporting procedures, and administrative tasks.
Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings, trainer evaluations, and training content finalization, including document preparation.
Ensure that all permanent employees meet the KPI of one certification through planned learning activities, and update stakeholders on progress and challenges.
Organize induction programs for new employees, handle L&D queries, and guide employees on relevant policies.
Perform administrative duties including L&D operations, LMS updates, data validation, and vendor registrations.
Coordinate logistics for training courses, including room reservations, supplies, catering, and room set-up.
Assist with registration and collection of class rosters as needed.
Load training sessions into the LMS to create online classes.
Prepare statistical reports following established procedures.
Maintain confidentiality on all work-related matters.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in the learning and development field.
Extensive experience working with data in Excel.
Willingness to engage in administrative, HR, and event management tasks.
Availability to work from the office five days a week.
