The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
Shall coordinate with PAN India and ensure onboarding been done on time
Shall be responsible for induction and Joining formalities
Shall be coordinating with Recruitment
Shall be responsible for attendance management and pre-payroll activity
Shall work on employee engagement activity
Responsible for preparation of Appointment, Offer, experience or any other letters
Coordination for performance appraisal.
Qualification
PG in HR
language preferred
English, Hindi , local language
