Visionary leader with 8+ years technical expertise in Microsoft .Net, eager to shape fintech solutions. Blend of project management skills and profound technical knowledge to guide teams and spearhead innovative projects.
Accountabilities:
- Lead complex Microsoft .Net projects, ensuring high-quality results within constraints.
- Foster team growth, create engaging work environment, and mitigate risks.
- Uphold industry best practices, drive adoption of new technologies, especially AI.
Desired Skills:
- .NET Core Mastery, ORM, JSON, multi-threading, API Design/Development.
- Micro services, Event-Driven Architecture, containerization, orchestration.
- Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure), RDBMS/NoSQL databases, DevOps Practices.
- Security Practices, Monitoring and Logging tools.
