Role Overview

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage front desk operations, create a welcoming environment, and ensure seamless administrative management at our Marine Drive Experience Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relations, preferably handling HNI clients in luxury brands, hospitality, or aviation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide a comfortable environment at the Design Qandy Marine Drive (DQMD) center.
  • Manage front desk tasks, including handling inquiries and guiding visitors.
  • Oversee and monitor administrative tasks such as plant & flower setup, ambiance, pantry, and safety measures.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and consultants for smooth operations.
  • Maintain records of all incoming & outgoing documents, parcels, materials, and couriers.
  • Supervise housekeeping, pantry, driver, security, office boy, and runner boy staffmanaging attendance, leaves, and records (Excel & hard files).
  • Act as the go-to person for all inventory-related matters, maintaining a list of procurement contacts.
  • Ensure safety measures are in place, including first aid and emergency preparedness.
  • Keep management informed about relevant news or situations impacting safety.
  • Organize and coordinate events, festivities, and celebrations while managing budgets.
  • Provide guided tours of the Design Qandy Experience Center as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma degree with 5-8 years of experience in client relations.
  • Background in handling HNI clients in luxury brands, hospitality, or aviation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presence of mind and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Passionate and dedicated to client servicing.
  • Attentive listener with a keen eye for detail.
