About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our team. This role involves creating high-quality documentation, blogs, release notes, and branding content to support our business goals and enhance user experience.
Required Skills and Experience- Around 10 years of proven experience in technical writing
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Should have relevant experience either self authoring or leading blog writing initiatives
- Adept at managing complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish
- Proven work experience in developing procedural software documentation.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and convert them into a consumable form using examples, images and videos
- Strong research skills with the ability to ask the right questions and probe deeper for clarity
Key Responsibilities
Content Development:
- Author and manage engaging blogs that reflect Groww's voice and simplify complex financial/technical concepts for a diverse audience.
- Drive branding initiatives by creating content that aligns with Groww's mission and values.
Technical Documentation:
- Develop and maintain accurate procedural software documentation, including API guides and user manuals.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure clarity and accuracy in technical materials.
Release Notes:
- Draft, organize, and publish comprehensive release notes to effectively communicate product updates to internal and external stakeholders.
