What Youll Be Doing (A.K.A. Your Superpowers!)
Master Residential Designs Plan, create, and refine aesthetic, functional, and safe homes for future homeowners.
Decode the Rulebook Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards (no shortcuts here!).
Draft the Blueprint Create preliminary residential layouts using AutoCAD & Revit, keeping space planning, flow, and functionality in mind.
Bring Designs to Life Develop 3D renders that showcase the look and feel of the home, helping stakeholders visualize the final masterpiece.
Be the Budget Guru Create detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment to ensure financial feasibility.
Schedule Like a Pro Develop detailed project timelines using MS Project or Primavera, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
Manage Procurement Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations) and coordinate with vendors to source the best materials at the best prices.
Collaborate & Execute Work closely with contractors, builders, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with top-notch quality.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit
A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience with AutoCAD & Revit (your best friends at work!).
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects like a pro.
