• Strong knowledge of Hardware Troubleshooting
• Experience in Software Installation and Operating System Configuration
• Ability to troubleshoot Network Connectivity issues
• Familiarity with Remote Desktop Support and Security Patch Management
• Experience in User Account Management and Peripheral Setup

• Provide desktop support to end-users in person or remotely
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops and peripherals
• Install and configure operating systems and software applications
• Ensure network connectivity and resolve connectivity issues
• Manage security patch updates and perform user account management
• Set up and configure peripherals for end-users
