Associate Specialist, Scheduling

Job Overview 综述:

Tolling Scheduler & Distribution Requirement Planner :

The Tolling Scheduler is responsible for developing production plan and raw material requirements that are handed off to logistics and procurement for execution. This role will work closely with Supply Planner, Procurement operations, Warehousing, Customer Service and Logistics teams to meet desired business objectives.

Responsibilities 职责:

• Review master supply plan with supply planner to determine production requirements
• Collaborate with toller production scheduler to finalize production dates
• Collaborate with supply planners to adjust production requirement according to latest demand/inventory with considering the overall situation in the BL/region .
• Analyze toller scheduling metrics, conduct root cause analysis and report toller schedule performance
• Review stock transfer requisitions and generate stock transfer orders to position products across multiple locations (warehouses, tolling plants and customers) and monitor stock transfer movement
• Review stock transfer requisitions and generate stock transfer orders to position products across multiple shipping locations (warehouses, manufacturing sites and customers) and monitor stock transfer movement
• Coordinate with planners to fine-tune distribution requirements based on latest demand/inventory
• Coordinate with warehousing and logistics teams to review inbound and outbound capacities, analyze and resolve delivery/ transportation related issues
• Coordinate and assist master production planner and production scheduler, raw material planner, inventory planner, logistics and customer service on any deviations from the plan and resolving exceptions to manage demand fluctuation and mismatches of supply and demand
• Review and recommend cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize current product distribution network parameters

Qualifications 要求:

3~5 years of Supply Chian Experience, SAP & MS Office knowledge, Graduate
