• Source and recruit top talent for bench positions
• Identify qualified candidates through various sourcing techniques
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements
• Maintain candidate database and track recruiting metrics
• Negotiate compensation packages and present offers to candidates
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers

• 2-4 years of experience in bench sales recruiting
• Strong understanding of job market context in India
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet recruiting goals
• Experience with various sourcing techniques, including social media and job boards
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
