Job Summary:
We are seeking an SAP Business ByDesign (ByD) Technical Support Consultant to provide expert
troubleshooting, system optimization, and technical issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience in ByD configurations, debugging, system integration, and performance tuning
to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management: Handle and resolve ByD technical issues, ensuring adherence
to SLAs and minimal downtime.
System Configuration & Debugging: Troubleshoot workflows, reports, and system
logs for performance optimization.
Integration Support: Ensure smooth data flow across SAP ByD modules and third-
party applications.
Automation & Optimization: Utilize SAP tools to enhance efficiency and automate
repetitive support tasks.
Technical Escalations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated
technical issues.
Performance Monitoring: Proactively analyze system performance and recommend
improvements.
Knowledge Management: Contribute to documentation and mentor junior
consultants on troubleshooting best practices.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of SAP ByD architecture, system configurations, and
debugging tools.
Experience in report development, workflow automation, and integration
troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Web Services, APIs, and SAP Cloud Applications Studio for
extensions.
Expertise in GL configuration, cost center management, and data migration support.
Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integration is a plus.
