Job Description Setting up the Dies & Punches to form and shape sheet metal components based on the material thickness, type and bending force requirement standards.To load and unload materials to and from the machine and must be able to adjust machine settings to achieve the desired resultsMaintain accurate records of production dataResponsible for safe and efficient operation of press brake machinesInspect and maintain machine for conformance with safety requirementsInspect all manufactured parts following work in process inspection methods and ensure to accomplish engineering specificationsPerform Daily & Weekly Maintenance of machine Skills / Requirements Diploma or Equivalent qualification requiredAbility to read, follow and document work instructions, SOPs and training documentsKnowledge of various tooling; Mechanical AptitudeAbility to stand for long periods, lift up to 20kgs bend and stoopAdherence of safety standardsGood communication & interpersonal skillsMust possess minimum 3years experience in CNC Press Brake/Bending Machine Salary & Benefits Salary – Rs.
