Skills:

• Minimum 4-6 years experience in the legal or Investigation fields.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Data Analysis skills and tools to identify suspicious activity / unusual patterns or anomalies etc.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and other investigation tools is preferred
• Should be fine to travel extensively (40 % ) of time

Job Description:

• Perform in-depth Investigations into internal/external fraud-related matters
• Travel to PAN India locations (40 % travel) to conduct internal investigations, coordinate with law enforcement authorities and assist legal in filing police complaints
• Ensure all investigations are conducted with integrity and protect PNB MetLife's core values.
• Assessing the scope and determining the methodology needed to carry out an efficient investigation, including the need to evaluate the demand for specialized assistance and support e.g. identification or other forensic services and generally determining what evidence is required and who should be interviewed
• Using tact, discretion and honesty when gathering, discussing and disclosing case-related information and evidence.
• Preparing comprehensive reports of investigations and as may be required, making recommendations regarding action to be taken regarding the investigation.
• Creating and maintaining logs, records, or databases of information about fraudulent activity and investigations
• Educate all business partners to improve awareness around Fraud control
• Develop best practices for publishing and evaluating business and exception reports.
