Role Description
This is a full-time Front Office Associate role located in Hyderabad at The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL). The Front Office Associate will be responsible for receptionist duties, customer service, check-ins, and maintaining effective communication with guests.
Qualifications- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and software
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
