In this role, youll be responsible for driving strategy and execution across key product categories, ensuring each category contributes to our larger mission of giving a bold, authentic voice to our brand among the women of India.
Roles and Responsibilities:
This role involves P&L responsibility, driving both strategy and execution across various product categories at BlissClub.
This role will require a good balance of left and right brained thinking. It involves working closely with consumers to understand problem statements and marrying it to market data and white spaces to create non-incremental business impact. It also requires creative conceptualization of the GTM of the launches while working closely with creative, marketing and influencer teams.This role will also require you to zoom out and think in horizons of the next 2 years while thinking of new categories and product launches , while also managing the day to day growth of the category over the next 2 months, while solving gross, margins, product returns, pricing and inventory.
Below are few of the key responsibilities:
- Category Strategy - Plan and implement long-term strategies to grow the category in-line with business goals, including positioning, pricing strategy and new product innovation
- P&L Ownership - Own the supply side P&L including important cost side levers such as working capital, discounting and inventory management
- Product Innovation & GTM - Identify whitespaces in the market starting with consumer research and insighting, followed by work with Product & Sourcing teams to develop and launch new products. Take full ownership of new launches, timely go-lives, GTM strategy of the same and ensure smooth execution and market success.
- Market Analysis & Consumer Insights - Create internal product research loop to be able to identify product white-spaces and need states of consumers.
- Bachelors/ Masters degree from Tier 1 institute/ IIT/ IIM/ ISB/BITS/ NIT
- 2+ years experience, ideally in a fast paced startup environment.
- Someone who can thrive in ambiguity, numbers and early stage startup hustle.
-Experience in Top Management Consulting firm/ Early Stage Startup/ E-commerce/ fashion/ Brand Management in Top FMCG
