Job Overview
We are hiring an Executive Assistant ( Directly Reporting to Management )to support the daily operations of our company. The role involves providing administrative support to executives and managing various tasks to ensure smooth business operations.As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing travel arrangements, handling confidential information, and assisting with project management.
Qualifications And Skills- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
- Coordinate and manage executives calendars and schedules
- Arrange and organize meetings, conferences, and appointments
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and presentations
- Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Assist in project management by tracking timelines and deliverables
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Provide general administrative support as needed
