This is an exciting role and would entail you to- Oversee client invoicing process for all media, production and other agency services.
- Bill clients for billable charges:
- Use budget schedules to determine billing amounts
- Use Media Ocean downloads to capture billing information
- Use retainer schedules to determine and bill amounts.
- Bill production related charges (voice-over, shipping, travel related, etc.)
- Review billing activity with Account Services and Media teams
- Review actual digital, broadcast and print media charges versus pre-billing.
- Determine if any billing adjustments are required.
- Creating billing adjustments.
- Ensure that charges have been approved.
- Ensure that charges have been approved.
- Ensure that our clients have been properly billed.
- Receive and respond to internal and external billing questions.
- Prepare commission calculations (not applicable to all).
- Liaison with Account Services and Collections team to ensure aging is current
- Prepare reconciliations with Account Services and Media assistance on a quarterly basis
Qualifications:
You will be working closely with
Senior Finance leaders from Omnicom Agencies, Accounting Teams, Controllers and Annalect Internal Leadership
This may be the right role for you if you have- Finance Analyst with 3 to 5 years experience in Accounts receivable, O2C billing, data analysis (Min Degree required)
- Prior Experience in Data Analyst is Preferred
- Proficient in MS Office – MS Excel is a must
- Extremely detail orientated
- Good Verbal and Written communication skills
- Great positive team attitude
- Ready to take up additional taks and challenges
- Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamis AX is a plus.
