Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations Functional Consultant
Location: Hyderabad
Reporting to the Director of Dynamics 365 Delivery, you will use your expertise to ensure the implementation of industry best practices. You will be the primary product expert internally and will be working in close collaboration with each member of the development and consulting teams.You will also be involved in the various phases of the sales cycle, the analysis of client needs, the customization and configuration of solutions as well as user training. Moreover, you will be using your skills as an analyst and your consulting expertise by being involved directly in large-scale projects and client support.
Duties and Responsibilities
Meet with clients to analyze and understand their needs
Produce analysis reports detailing your conclusions and recommendations
Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products
Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of 365 Business Central
Ability to provide Post-implementation support (help desk)
Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 Business Central clients
Actively work on resolving technical issues and establishing improved solutions
Participate to product demonstrations during the sales process
Other related tasks relevant to the deployment and support of the solutions in the client's environment
Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
Qualifications
3+ years Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementations experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience in a consulting environment strongly preferred
Experience with modeling business process and translating requirements into a business application
Excellent presentation and communication skills targeted to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or board of directors
Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
Possess a professional presence suitable for direct client interaction by telephone or in-person
Experience with 365 Business Central/NAV Manufacturing and/or Warehouse Management (version 2013 or higher) a plus
Ability to interface with clients both in person and remotely
Advanced experience and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn new business processes or applications very quickly
Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely in understandable form, both orally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
General Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MS SQL Server, MS .NET, MS SharePoint, MS Business Intelligence)
