Responsibilities- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients in order to generate leads and increase sales.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective prospecting and outreach strategies.
- Develop an understanding of client requirements and present customized recruitment solutions that align with their needs.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition of new clients.
- Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights to refine sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position NXT GIG’s services.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote our recruitment services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in recruitment or a related industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
