We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Computer Technician/Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal users and maintaining the smooth operation of our computer systems and network infrastructure.Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support: Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
User support: Assist users with technical issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on software applications and company policies. System maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software updates, virus scans, and backups.
Network support: Assist in maintaining the company's network infrastructure, including troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Hardware and software installation: Install and configure new hardware and software as needed. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all technical support activities.
Other duties as assigned: Participate in other IT-related projects as needed. Qualifications: Strong understanding of computer hardware and software: Familiarity with Windows operating systems, basic networking concepts, and common computer applications is essential.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical users.
Customer service orientation: Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal users. Teamwork and collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Attention to detail: Ability to accurately document and track all support activities.

Expertise Experience with software or technologies used, e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, cloud computing Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) will be a merit.
