Responsibilities
  1. Calling I potential customers
  2. Introduce our product range and features to potential clients
  3. Engage in effective sales pitch and relationship-building to generate new leads and convert them into customers.
  4. Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales or gather additional information.
  5. Prepare and deliver quotations to customers, while providing technical expertise to turn the quote into a sale.
  6. Communicate effectively through WhatsApp
  7. Daily status reporting
  8. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
  9. Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to customers.
  10. Resolve customer queries and issues effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills Required

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Computer usage, especially Ms-Office - Excel.
Excellent communication with the languages like Tamil, English (Compulsory)

Hindi and other languages will be added Advantage.

Result Oriented Self Starter

Job timing : 10 AM to 6 PM / 6 days a week
