Roles & Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition capabilities (Talent sourcing, Head hunting, Interviewing, Offer Negotiation)
- Time & cost-effective sourcing
- Responsible for end to end Hiring process & full-fill Talent requirement of the organization
- Own accountability for TA policies, budget, frameworks & governance
- Reviewing of existing Job Descriptions and re-aligning them according to the needs of the department/organization
- Implement digital marketing strategies and leverage the talent pools to attract and find the best candidates for the job
- To partner with the departments in making a confident and well-informed decision by providing recommendations and evaluating candidates against the Job Requirements
- Should be aware of several kinds of techniques used for selecting the right candidate (e.g. psychometric, MBTI, SWOT, Intelligence Tests, General Aptitude Tests, etc.
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with line managers
- Source applicants through professional online channels.
- Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assess candidates information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- 3-9 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition.
- Responsible foroverseeing talent acquisition.
- Familiar with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Master's degree in human resources management.
