The purpose of your role will be to driving H-D business in assigned city, state with direct functional engagement & shared cross functional engagement:
- Sales & Related Activities -Directly
- Channel & Related - Directly
- Driving Business Unit Performance & Deliverables - Sales (Volume & Market Share) for designated locations
- Achieve dealer wise sales volume and market share plans for the year and also periodic (monthly)
- Lead generation to maintain adequate pipeline
- Scout and meet prospects for future dealerships
- Drive the enrichment of customer experience at all dealerships
- Sales & Related Activities -Directly
- Channel & Related - Directly
- 4-5 years of experience in Channel sales with automotive OEM
- Channel Management
- Financial Acumen
- Product Knowledge
- Technical/Commercial skills (DMS & SAP)
- Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Negotiation Skills, Interpersonal skills, Conflict Management
