The Junior Supervisor will assist the senior supervisor in overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Assist the senior supervisor in daily operations and team management.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of management principles and team dynamics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and support team members.
• Basic knowledge of performance metrics and reporting tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.
