Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team at Surayay Namah Energy Private Limited. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our solar energy products and services. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a passion for renewable energy
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell solar energy products and services to prospective customers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the solar industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, explaining the benefits and features of our solar products
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, assisting customers in making informed decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
