We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B marketing professional who is well-versed in all key areas of marketing and has a proven track record of success.
Core Skill Set: Content, GTM, Marketing, Messaging and Positioning, EventsExperience: 8+ years in Marketing and Management in High-growth Tech Companies
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve marketing objectives
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in marketing, with a specialization in marketing.
- At least 8 - 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of all key areas of marketing, including digital marketing, product marketing, branding, field marketing and customer acquisition
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
