We are seeking a Associate Accountant to join our growing team!
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Position Summary
We are looking for an Associate Accountant to join our Finance team with experience in billing/generating invoicing and other back-office functions. You should have a good knowledge of accounting software and processes but also strong accounting concepts.This position will be in our Pune Office.
A Day in the Life- Raise timely & accurate invoices (Fixed bid / T&M) as per schedules/upload templates
- Sending/emailing invoices to customers & replying to customer queries.
- Preparing process documentation/ SOPs
- Day to day accounting activities (if any)
- Other related accounts and finance activities
- 3+ years of experience in PR & PO management and Vendor master management.
- Preparation of SOPs, ad-hoc project support and preparing need based various reports
- Excellent communication skill
- Has worked in organizations having international presence.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently, while tackling
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and have good exposure in ERP. Exposure to sales
- A Bachelor of commerce or M.com or MBA Finance
