Job Description

Responsibilities:

Growing Connections
  • Deepen relationships with our existing clients by introducing new disciplines, services, and brands to drive growth.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship building with senior decision-makers (CxOs, HR, Finance, Procurement).
  • Develop and implement long-term business development strategies to enhance existing partnerships and expand our footprint within assigned sectors.
Business Development
  • Build a robust and sustainable opportunity pipeline, actively engaging with functional teams and key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Craft and deliver compelling value propositions to retain and grow existing business, while identifying new opportunities to increase revenue streams.
  • Drive strategic partnerships to onboard new clients and revitalize relationships with dormant or underperforming accounts.
  • Own and execute an account plan with strategic objectives and measurable milestones.
Innovation
  • Lead sales initiatives to refine strategies and enhance sales effectiveness across teams.
  • Work closely with marketing to align customer engagement strategies with innovative campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and areas for expansion within the recruitment landscape.
  • Organize and host events to build deeper relationships within the market, positioning Michael Page as a thought leader.
The Successful Applicant
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Senior Sales roles within the recruitment industry or B2B sector, preferably in Pune.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and commercially focused with a track record of success in managing and growing large, strategic accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives across diverse industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to lead client relationships and internal teams to deliver results.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an individual contributor role while leading initiatives that drive business growth.
