Head of Overseas Staffing Agency - Business Development

We are an international staffing agency, specializing in providing skilled and semi-skilled labor to clients across the globe. Our mission is to bridge the gap between demand and supply in the labor market by offering reliable and efficient recruitment solutions.

We are now expanding our operations to India and are looking for an experienced leader to head our recruiting agency in India.

As the Head of the Recruiting Agency in India, you will be responsible for:

  • Launching and making the agency profitable, focusing on sourcing non-skilled and semi-skilled labor for overseas customers.
  • Establishing and maintaining operational and QA processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Continuously seeking growth opportunities for the company by meeting potential clients and attending industry events.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for promoting the company in overseas markets.
  • Ensuring the company's business activities comply with all legal requirements.
  • Monitoring subordinates reports and handling complex client issues.
  • Resolving issues with consulates and other authorities.
  • Managing a team.
  • Preparing and managing the agency's budget.
  • Interacting with government authorities to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual who has an extensive experience in international business development and proven record of client acquisitions in UAE, Qatar etc.
  • Proven experience in sending blue collar labor from India to UAE and Qatar.
  • Experience in client acquisition in international markets, or have an existing client base.
  • Leadership experience, managing a team of at least two people.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the overseas staffing industry.
  • Readiness to go to business trips abroad once every 3 months
