Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our Bangalore office. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by generating leads, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and promoting Kaizenat portfolio of simulation software and engineering services.You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing.
- Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of Kaizenat CAE solutions (e.g., Altair Hyper Works, Ansys).
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, nurturing relationships to close deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Assist in developing and refining sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with product launches and promotions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferably in the technology or software industry).
- Basic understanding of CAE software (e.g., FEA, CFD, simulation tools) or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
