Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will spearhead sales initiatives, particularly in luxury and high-rise residential sectors, driving growth and expanding our clientele in the real estate market.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in luxury sales, particularly the residential sector (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in high-rise residential sales with a track record of success (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid experience with CRM platforms to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate development processes.
  • Excellent sales management capabilities with strong leadership skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the residential real estate market trends.
  • Skill in recognizing client&aposs residential needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales closures.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets and increase market share in the Gurgaon region.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to promote and sell luxury residential properties.
  • Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Manager to understand client needs and provide tailored property options.
  • Oversee site visits and client meetings ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with developers and other real estate stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies effectively.
  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team to enhance performance and meet goals.
