Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills : Network Infrastructures, Aruba LAN Aruba WAN, Aruba Wireless
Good to have skills : No Function Specialty
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Ability to perform monitoring of various WLAN technologies and topologies
Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and implementation plans.
Consult with both internal as well as client teams to drive solutions from design to completion.
Provide leadership in technical problem management and the resolution of all issues, working closely with end customers and HP/Aruba remote and field support staff.
Develop action plans to investigate and resolve complex issues/problems and clearly communicate these to engineers, customers and/or relevant managers.
Participate in after-hours remote support rosters.
Technical writing skills will be required to publish Issue resolution documents (KM & KT)
Required to communicate effectively with Technical and Non-Technical stakeholders and should have the ability to drive the conversation/discussion
Proficiency with Aruba SD-WAN technologies and solutions.
Experience with Aruba LAN/WAN, Wireless network solutions is highly preferred.
Architect and deploy Aruba wireless solutions, including Aruba Mobility Controllers, Access Points (APs), and ClearPass Policy Manager.
In-depth understanding of network protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) and network infrastructure technologies.
Must be customer focused and have the ability to design and manage solutions to complex technical issues.
Ability to interface with senior levels of internal / external organizations is required.

Role Description * The Senior Network Engineer position focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure with a strong emphasis on routing, switching, and Aruba SD-WAN technologies. The role requires extensive networking experience and collaboration with other teams.
Key Responsibilities * "Provide support in the areas of Wired Networking and Wireless NetworkingAbility to perform monitoring of various WLAN technologies and topologies
Architect and deploy Aruba wireless solutions, including Aruba Mobility Controllers, Access Points (APs), and ClearPass Policy Manager.
Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, with good communication (written and oral) and coordination skillsDevelop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and implementation plans.
Consult with both internal as well as client teams to drive solutions from design to completion.
Provide leadership in technical problem management and the resolution of all issues, working closely with end customers and HP/Aruba remote and field support staff.

Technical Experience * "Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in networking, with a strong background in routing, switching, and network design.Proficiency with Aruba SD-WAN technologies and solutions.

Architect and deploy Aruba wireless solutions, including Aruba Mobility Controllers, Access Points (APs), and ClearPass Policy Manager.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize Aruba network performance."
