We are seeking an Account Manager/Bench Sales professional with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for sales.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients

- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2-6 years of experience in Account Management or Bench Sales
- Experience working with OPT/CPT/H1b visa holders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
