Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Key Account Manager to drive corporate

client relationships and ensure seamless catering service delivery. In this role, you will be

responsible for managing key corporate accounts, developing long-term partnerships, and

driving business growth through exceptional client service. You will work closely with

operations, sales, and kitchen teams to provide tailored catering solutions that meet the

unique needs of corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring their catering needs are met efficiently.
  • Client Retention & Growth: Build strong relationships with existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding services.
  • Customized Catering Solutions: Work closely with corporate clients to understand their preferences and meal plans or event catering solutions accordingly.
  • Service Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (kitchen, logistics, operations) to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concern promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, analyze client feedback, and suggest improvements for better service and retention.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors, and client expectations to enhance service offerings.
  • P&L management This role has P&L management, where the revenue growth, cost etc. are important part of the KPI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Hospitality Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in key account management, corporate sales, or business development, preferably in the catering, hospitality, or food service industry.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver excellent client service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-profile corporate clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite.
