We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to lead and oversee our fullstack development team within the Cloud Products Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical management of projects, from requirements gathering to successful delivery, leveraging expertise in frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and microservices architecture.This position is ideal for a well-rounded leader with hands-on technical expertise across the stack and a strong background in SDLC, project delivery, Scrum methodologies, and release management.
Your responsibilities will include managing team performance, providing guidance on complex technical challenges, and ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Experience with telecom processes and familiarity with TM Forum (TMF) standards is a plus.

- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of frontend, backend, engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and alignment with organizational objectives. Oversee fullstack development projects, ensuring effective collaboration between frontend, backend, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring adherence to best practices and agile principles, with a focus on continuous improvement. Leading agile development (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to keep projects on track and maintain high team morale.
- Manage release cycles, including deployment schedules, quality checks, and documentation, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
- Address complex technical challenges, providing guidance on architecture, coding best practices, and performance optimization for frontend, backend, and microservices.
- Ensure optimal design and deployment of cloud-based, microservices-oriented solutions that are scalable, secure, and performant.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and customers to gather requirements, define project goals, and deliver high-impact technical solutions.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Apply telecom process knowledge and TM Forum (TMF) standards, ensuring our BSS solutions align with industry best practices and standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement, encouraging the team to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of frontend (e.g., Angular or React), backend (Java, Spring Boot), microservices, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record in managing the software development, agile development, and Scrum processes.
- Advanced understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure.
- Expertise in managing releases and deployments, including rollback strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and budgeting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound technical decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading and mentoring a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Understanding of telecom-specific business support systems, processes, and automation techniques.
- Knowledge of TM Forum (TMF) standards and frameworks is a strong plus.
