Qualification:
M. Com. (HR), MBA (HR), MSW, MBA from any reputed university
Experience:
05 to 07 years
Preferred Industries:
Middle sized Manufacturing Industries, Engineering Unit
Nature of Experience:
Liaison with local authorities, statutory authorities
Knowledge of Industrial and labour laws.
Experience of handling all statutory compliances under applicable acts like Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, EPF & MP Act, Employees Compensation Act, ESIC Act etc.
Experience of handling contract labour management, labour relations, union relations
Experience of handling time office, payroll, welfare administration, safety compliances
Disciplinary actions
Hard core experience of Industrial Relations, Payroll, Time Office, labour legislature and compliances
