These individuals deeply understand their target audiences everyday challenges and can succinctly explain how their product helps solve customer problems. Ideal have to collaborations with cross functional team i.e. Product, Marketing, Sales and Inventory team of the company and provide the back - office support to them.

• The ideal will be required to raise purchase orders for sales and marketing (in consultation with and after approval from the respective manager/exec).
• To update publishing schedules.
• Follow and analyze market trends to position products.
• To help the senior to Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching).
• To prepare monthly AI packs.
• To order forms and costing grids.
• To create title master entries, work on e-book pricing.
• Outline product marketing deployment timelines.
• Manage product marketing campaigns.
• Prepare lists/order forms needed by the product and sales team.
• Requisition copies for trade, media and awards submissions.
• Coordinate with sales and maintain distribution lists of Point-of-Sale material.

• Should be Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Communications or similar field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Significant product marketing and development experience.
• Familiar with product marketing tactics.
• Should have understanding of market trends and product lifecycles.
• Sharp negotiation tactics.
• Ideal will need to be computer proficient in Advanced Excel and be able to rapidly gain familiarity with our in-house marketing, stock and bibliographic systems.
