Job Description
We are looking for a competent Receptionist in the admission office with a minimum experience of one year in a front desk or administrative role.
Minimum Qualification/Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 01 year of experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills will also be considered.
- Desired Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, prospective students, and parents.
- Greet and guide visitors to the appropriate departments/ counsellors or personnel.
- Answer and direct phone calls inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing communications.
- Assist in managing appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for the admissions team.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, inquiries, and communications.
- Provide basic information to walk-in visitors about programs and admission procedures.
