Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and ensure timely and cost-effective support in accordance with standard processes and guidelines. Each day, you will support more complex technical support cases.You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to customer satisfaction by executing support work according to customer expectations.

Responsible for support of ABB ZEE600 and ABB Zenon products.Good understanding of the products and become subject matter expert
Respond the customer on time while prioritizing the cases based on criticality
Take leadership in self-driven solution finding for customer issues
Propose innovative solutions for customer requirements.
Collaborate well with the team, to share new learnings. Should have good communication skills to enable customer to solve issue at hand
Align with assigned targets (time, cost, quality) and complete tickets.
Demonstrates sound understanding and usages of processes and tools used to handle customer cases.
Qualifications for the role- BE / B. Tech Electrical or/Electronics and communication / Electronics and Instrumentation
- Experience : 5 to 10 years experience in SCADA commissioning or handling customer support
- Good to have: Understanding of protocols like IEC61850, Modbus and DNP and C#
- Should be innovative in nature
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should analyse and provide estimation based on complexity of the tasks.
