Job Description:

  • Maintaining books of Accounts
  • Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and all banking transactions
  • Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement
  • Handling internal & external audit
  • GST Compliance, return filing & payments
  • Income-tax (TDS) compliance, return filing & payments
  • Preparation of Vouchers & Maintaining Petty Cash
  • Preparing accounting provisions
  • Preparation of financial MIS & presenting to management
  • Submission of returns of GST & Income Tax
  • Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (Including Pivot, V lookup, Sum If, Ifs, Formatting, Filter & sorting formulas)

Job requirement:

  • 2-3 years of experience in handling accounts (in the service industry would be an added advantage)
  • A degree in accounting or similar
  • Good understanding of business accounting principles & practices
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Tally & accounting software
