Experience: 3-6 years CTC 5-7.5LPA
Department: Operations Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Executive - Tech Operations to bridge the gap between our developer company and clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong product management skills, and hands-on experience with IT/application projects.The ideal candidate will have a background in mobile app and website operations, with a focus on ensuring smooth backend functioning, performance evaluation, and support for B2C services.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between the developer company and clients to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration on tech/product initiatives. Provide timely updates and manage backend operations of mobile apps/websites to ensure efficient functioning and client satisfaction.
Evaluate the technical performance of products, monitoring key metrics and ensuring optimal efficiency of vendor companies.
Assist the Operations Manager with end-to-end product management, reporting on time spent and progress made.
Ensure high-quality and time-efficient operations to meet client expectations and business objectives.
Analyse and report on the technical performance of apps and websites, suggesting improvements as necessary. Requirements:
Strong understanding of coding and development principles.- 6 years of experience in managing tech operations, specifically for mobile apps/websites that serve B2C customers.
Proficient in project management and backend operations, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems.
Experience in evaluating vendor performance, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with backend systems, mobile apps, and websites.
Analytical skills to monitor tech performance, identify issues, and propose solutions.
Ability to manage time and resources effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Proactive in identifying issues and opportunities to improve tech operations.
Experience in B2C tech operations is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
