• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for non-IT bulk hiring, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and create strategic recruitment plans to source suitable candidates effectively.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment management tools to efficiently manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
• Drive the negotiation process with candidates, effectively handling offers to secure top talent for the organization within designated budgetary guidelines.
