Senior Business Analyst / Solution designer

Overview:

• Need Senior Business Analyst / Solution designer with 7 to 12 years telecom domain experience.
• Should have hands-on in Lead to Cash journeys and processes for Fiber access products.
• Good experience in Product Catalog, CRM, Omnichannel, Digital channel applications is required.
• Should have solid understanding on different Service Fulfilment journey metrics.
• Must have exposure to deriving insights using data, should understand the existing process, identify improvements in the journey/processes, propose solutions on the identified improvement areas and provide consulting service to the telecom service provider.
• Must have hands-on in writing SQL queries is Optional.
• Experience using data visualization tools (eg QLIK, Spotfire, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc) is optional.

Responsibilities:

• Support development & testing teams during solution delivery.
• Should have BSS and SF Knowledge.
• Have Agile Scrum Master role as preferred.
• Perform E2E Requirements analysis and documentation management.
• Manage presentations and demonstrations of system/ solution to the customer.
• Defining necessary acceptance criteria for various types of testing.
• Configuration of certain modules for POC/ Demo.
• Provide Functional design and data modelling.
• Manage change request lifecycle.
• Study & implementation of the newest communications technologies, trends in the telecommunications industry.

Requirements:

• Ability to translate requirements to business domains.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Production and review of high-level requirements specifications/functional analysis.
• Interfacing with client’s Business and IT team, periodic to travel to customer location.
• Fresher and experience Both can Apply.
• Review of test plans for new developments/releases/reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Review User Manuals (BA – Domain).
• Evaluating business processes , anticipating requirements , uncovering areas for improvement , and developing and implementing solutions.
• Directly interface with Product team by responding to higher level Support calls.
• Time management and planning skills.
