Application Lead

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Qlik Sense. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality applications, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Qlik Sense, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet stakeholder requirements.
• Good exposure on requirement gathering, understanding, and analyzing Business user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality applications.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Qlik Sense and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
• Hands on experience in Qlik sense mashup and extension development will be added advantage.
• Track record of working through the project life cycle.
• Ability to create and execute test plans, reviewing system and interface data.
• Ability to work unsupervised at times and direct own work.

• 7+ years of proven Qlik sense expertise involving report delivery, workflow tools, system development and architecture. 8+ years overall experience within Business Intelligence / MI.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python and Tableau.
• Experience of dashboard development with multiple data sources
• Detail knowledge on Administrating Qlik Sense/Qlik View Enterprise environment.
• In depth knowledge on ETL, various types of loads, set analysis, Mapping, Section Access, Charts and Visualizations, Insight Advisor, Mashups and Extensions, Application Performance tuning, Analytical representation.
• Good understanding on Qlik N-printing, Qlik Geo Analytics, Qlik Web connectors, Qlik-Cli.

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to convey information in a way that is clear, succinct, and easily understood by non-analysts.
• Proven ability to clearly articulate implications of technical analysis to colleagues and stakeholders.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• Hands on experience in other BI tools like power BI, tableau, looker will be added advantage
• Proven python development and Artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities is favorable.
