Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze key data drivers related to store performance and efficiency.
• Prepare daily MIS reports and provide insights to stores for business improvement.
• Update and communicate weekly targets.
• Update the daily, weekly and monthly Sales Report
• Monitor store-level KPIs, and suggest actionable plans to the Retail Head for improvement.
• Provide in-season merchandise support, including replenishments of fast-moving items like sunglasses or contact lenses.
• Maintain and communicate the employee productivity tracker.
• Ensure timely release of staff and store manager incentives on a monthly basis.
• Monitor store petty cash expenses, ensuring alignment with minimal decentralized costs, and complete reconciliations as per finance SOPs.
• Prepare reports for the Retail Head by collecting and consolidating information from the field across regions.
• Track the distribution and redemption of gift vouchers (GV) from stores.
• Maintain a monthly record of revenue generated from scrap sales.
• Respond to customer queries or complaints within 48 hours.
• Ensure the timely supply of consumables to all stores.
• Manage and send monthly stationery requirements for stores.
• Ensure timely issuance of staff uniforms for new joiners or as replacements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or lab to resolve any delays in order deliveries.
• Communicate all corporate initiatives to stores and ensure their consistent implementation.

Desired Experience Profile: 6 8 years of experience in MIS/Analyst role in the retail/E-commerce industry
