Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader (Call Center) at Dawaa Dost located in Jaipur. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team of customer service representatives, and addressing any escalated customer issues.
Key Responsibilties
Oversee daily operations of the call center team.
Monitor calls and provide feedback to improve customer service.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints effectively.
Track team performance and report key metrics to management.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Motivate the team to achieve targets and maintain high morale.
Qualifications- 5 years of experience in a call center, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coach and motivate a team.
Proficiency in using call center software and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance goals.
