Job Title: Telecaller Internship

(Unpaid, Remote, Flexible Hours)

Compensation: Unpaid Internship

Duration: 2 / 3 / 6 Months

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Outbound Calls: Connect with prospective students to provide information about our courses and programs
Relationship Building: Build rapport and address queries potential students may have about our offerings
Lead Follow-Up: Engage with leads from marketing campaigns to drive conversions
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align efforts
Feedback Sharing: Provide management with feedback to improve telecalling strategies

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills

Customer Service: Strong phone etiquette and service orientation
Detail-Oriented: Accurate data entry and record updates
Multitasking: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Computer Skills: Basic MS Office knowledge
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
