Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Office Administrative Assistant role located in Bengaluru. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining office supplies and equipment, handling phone calls with professionalism, and assisting with clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook,etc..,)
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Some back ground in HR administrative is preferred.
