Position Title: Business Development ExecutiveJob Location: Noida Sector - 132Reports to: Business Development Manager / DirectorJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Real Estate team.

This position will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong network of contacts.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Market Research:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.Develop a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, industry events, and cold calling.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.Understand client needs and offer tailored real estate solutions.Regularly follow up with clients and provide excellent customer service.Sales & Negotiation:Develop and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services.Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.Brand Promotion & Networking:Promote the company's real estate offerings and services at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with key industry stakeholders.Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and market data.Prepare regular reports for senior management on progress toward business development goals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).Freshers or Proven experience (typically 1+ years) in business development or sales, ideally in real estate or a related industry.Strong understanding of the real estate market, trends, and regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business development tools.Compensation:Competitive base salary with performance-based commission and bonuses.More information about this Business Development Executive JobPlease go through the below FAQs to get all answers related to the given Business Development Executive jobWhat are the job requirements to apply for this Business Development Executive job position?
