Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a highly skilled NLP Engineer to join our AI/ML team and drive innovation in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing advanced NLP solutions while working with cutting-edge technologies like transformer architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy state-of-the-art NLP solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Optimize and implement vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) for efficient retrieval and augmentation.
• Apply transformer architectures, few-shot learning, and prompt engineering to enhance NLP applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex NLP challenges.
• Stay updated with latest NLP research and integrate advancements into AI/ML models.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in NLP development with expertise in LLMs and RAG (preferred).
• Strong understanding of transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and few-shot learning.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and familiarity with C++/CUDA for optimization.
• Experience with NLP frameworks like Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK, AllenNLP, etc.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable NLP pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying NLP models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with MLOps best practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS SageMaker).
