Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, with a strong ability to meet targets and build customer relationships. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, exploring new business opportunities, and promoting our products/services in the assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned regions (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad).

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Work closely with the team to align sales strategies and share market insights.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems.

Ensure timely submission of sales reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of sales experience.

Must be a male candidate.

Must own a two-wheeler (mandatory for travel between locations).

Minimum 12th-grade education.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Knowledge of the local market and customer base is a plus.
